Return & Exchange Policy

Returns

Jewelers Cut wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can request a return authorization for refund within 3 days from receiving your shipment (returns or exchanges are not permitted on customized jewelry and special orders).  Returned merchandise must be accompanied by the packing slip and the certificate when applicable (replacement fee for the certificate is $200.00).

Please Note: Shipping and sizing charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Jewelers Cut allows one exchange per purchase for a jewelry item of equal or greater price.  Jewelry must be returned in the same condition as they were sent from Jeweler's Cut within 14 days from receipt of item. Orders received after this date will not be accepted for exchange.

How to Return or Exchange an order:

Request a Return Authorization Number: To generate an RA (return authorization) number. Call us at 800-818-8803. We will email your return instructions and a RA#. Merchandise must be received into our facility within 10 days of Jeweler's Cut emailing customer RA#.

Return Process

  Jeweler's Cut will inspect and verify the condition of the item once we receive the return. We will not accept any damaged, sized, altered, engraved or used merchandise for refund or credit. Returns take approximately 2-3 business days to process upon receipt of the item. Jeweler's Cut will refund or exchange for the full amount of the item EXCLUDING sizing cost, shipping, handling and insurance charges.

Return items must be received by Jeweler's Cut in the same condition as they were sent from Jeweler's Cut within 10 days from issue of RA#.  Orders received after this date will not be accepted for refund.
